C.O.D. payment: you pay cash the product and delivery cost at delivery to the courier

Bank transfer: please transfer to the below bank account the product and the selected delivery cost :

In the comment box please indicate your order number, what you received in the confirmation e-mail. In case of bank transfers the dispatch of the goods will be done after receiving the full amount on our account

In case if the amount will not be transferred to our account within a week we will contact you in order to clarify the reason. In case if we would not be able to contact you we will cancel the order from our system and will send a confirmation email to you.

Cash payment: is possible in case of personal pick up of the goods. Of yourse delivery cost will not be charged.

The method of delivery of the product can be selected by ordering.

Delivery by courier:

1100 Ft for the whole country.

The orders can be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. The delivery is done byMPL (Hungarian Post Logistics) courier. Above 25 000 Ft order value delivery is FREE OF CHARGE!

The goods are delivered on weekdays between 8.00 – 17.00. (We advice to indicate your work address as delivery address, in this case please indicate the name of the company as well.)

The courier will try to delivery maximum two times. If the first delivery attempt was not successful, the MPL gives notice, then try the delivery again the on next working day. If this is not successful, once again leaves a notice, that the package can be picked up in the nearest post office during the following 5 working days. Please check the package for any shortages by the delivery and sign the receipt only if the delivery is complete. We will not accept any claims in case of a signed receipt.

Sent by registered mail:

Certain items may be sent by registered mail. Only those products can be sent by registered mail, where this option is selected in the drop-down menu!

The fee for registered mail delivery is 530 Ft The delivery time is 2-3 business days. The payment in this case is bank transfer. The transferred amount includes the price of the ordered product/s and the shipping charges - 530 HUF -. You can read the details of this payment method under the section Bank transfer.

Personal pick-up:

It is possible to pick up personally the ordered products on an agreed date and time in the XIV and XVI districts of Budapest. There is no sale at this places , only order pick-up!
